Within budgetary allocations of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine under the general fund of the state budget under the program 1101080 “Measures to implement State Targeted Economic Program “Nuclear Fuel of Ukraine”, the law determines expenses in the amount of UAH 80 million for replenishment of the authorized capital of the State Concern “Nuclear Fuel” with further purchase of shares of PJSC “Nuclear Fuel Plant”.
The law was adopted with consideration of proposals by the Committee on Budget.
The respective law was registered under No. 11265.
